Indemnity Agreement: In consideration for the right to participate in
the 2011 FM 1960 St. Patrick’s Day parade and other good and valuable
consideration and on behalf of this parade entry and its parade
participants, I hereby waive all claims against and indemnify and hold
harmless, the 1960 Parade, its officers and volunteers, subcommittee
members, the Cypress Creek EMS, the proprietor-ships, companies and
corporations which are members of the committee or connected with the
parade. I am authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of my/our
parade entry, understand its terms, and accepting my/our entry.
